Our Story
The gap we were built to close.
HeyKoala started in Mangaluru, deep AI engineering meeting operators who live and die by the reservation desk.
We saw hotels stuck between expensive night staff and generic voice tools that answered questions but never closed a booking. Guests hung up. OTAs won. The GM never saw the miss in the morning report.
So we built Go by HeyKoala: voice and WhatsApp agents that execute the transaction (PMS write-back, payment, confirmation) in 26+ languages. Hotels first. Everything else is secondary.
