Azzan leads vision and strategy at HeyKoala. He sets product direction across the hospitality and drive-thru lines, runs founder-led enterprise sales in India and the Gulf, and is the company's primary external face with investors, PMS partners (eZee, Oracle), and channel partners (Partek, Pace Wisdom). He is also Co-Founder at Pace Wisdom, HeyKoala's exclusive implementation partner for Rock8 deployments outside hospitality.

Atul leads engineering, AI, and the Rock8 voice infrastructure stack: the STT/LLM/TTS pipeline that powers every HeyKoala agent. He owns the multi-agent architecture, the PMS/POS integration layer, and the cost-engineering roadmap toward self-hosted voice infrastructure. He hires and runs the AI Engineering Lead and the core product engineering team.
