Free missed-call audit.

We call your front desk the way your guests do: after hours, at the check-in peak, in another language. Then we send you a short report on what happened, and what the calls nobody answered are costing you.

Was the call answered?

Picked up, rang out, or went to voicemail. The basic question most hotels have never measured.

How fast?

Rings before pickup and time on hold. Guests rarely wait more than a few rings before calling the next hotel.

Could we book?

Did we get a rate, availability and a way to pay, or were we asked to call back or email?

In the guest's language?

We call in a second language of your choice, the way international guests do.

Your report covers

  • Answer rate across the windows we tested
  • Time to answer and time on hold
  • Whether a booking could be completed on the call
  • Language handling
  • What the missed calls are likely costing you, using your own booking value

When should we call?

Free. No obligation. We never share your details.

Questions

Good to know.

What is a missed-call audit?

A short mystery-call test of your hotel's phone line. HeyKoala calls your front desk the way real guests do, at the times you choose, and reports how many calls were answered, how quickly, and whether a booking could actually be made.

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no cost and no obligation. You get the report either way.

Will my team know you are calling?

No. We do not tell the front desk in advance, so the result reflects a normal day. We keep calls short and polite and do not make real bookings.

How many calls do you make?

A handful across the windows you pick, such as after hours, the check-in peak and the weekend. We agree the details with you by email before we start.

Who can request an audit?

Anyone authorised to request test calls to the hotel's line, typically the owner, general manager, revenue manager or front-office manager.
