Full Stack Engineer
Build and scale our AI agent platform. You will work across the stack - Next.js frontend, Node.js/Python backend, real-time WebSocket systems, and cloud infrastructure. Experience with voice/telephony APIs is a plus.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full stack development experience
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Comfortable with cloud services (AWS/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
AI/ML Engineer
Design and improve the AI models that power our voice agents, NLP pipelines, and recommendation systems. You will work on speech recognition, intent classification, dialogue management, and multilingual support.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in ML/AI engineering or research
- Experience with NLP, speech recognition, or conversational AI
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Published research or shipped ML products is a strong plus
Sales - Hospitality
Drive revenue growth by selling HeyKoala to hotels, resorts, and restaurant chains across India. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with support from our product and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales or hospitality technology sales
- Existing network in the Indian hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven sales processes
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
Customer Success Manager
Ensure our customers get maximum value from HeyKoala. You will onboard new properties, train staff, monitor adoption metrics, and act as the voice of the customer internally to drive product improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or hospitality operations
- Strong empathy and communication skills
- Experience with SaaS onboarding and training
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret usage data
- Passion for hospitality and technology
